The Little Kings are spreading their message of social awareness across a crowd which is keen and passionate about their message and their music.
Garnering great support from a constantly growing fan-base the 5 piece band are led by Ryan Kidwell on lead vocals and guitars and Ryan Mcarthur on bass, Nick Ornellas on drums, Clement Carr on keys and sax and Bongiwe Mpanza on backing vocals.

This is a five-piece in the rising… Jack and bassist Jimi Curve have long been in each other’s lives, performing in various projects in and around Cape Town. With the inclusion of saxophinist George Sax, pianist Dom Benigno and drummer Jon Case the five piece is complete. Jack’s masterful, ‘Adam Duritz‘ way with lyrics, his booming voice and love of guitar suggest that the band is all acoustic with backup from the drums and bass. However, the acoustic element is a mere base for the band to explore greater genres sub-cultures and influences.

The name Hog Hoggidy Hog has been etched deep into the mosh-wounds of the South African scene. It’s been over a decade of action-packed, music, mishchef and mayhem since the young hoglets first blessed the decaying stage of the Purple Turtle with their debut performance. Now all these years, a few well received releases and with a good number of nationwide as well as European tours under their belt, having shared the stage with the top acts in the world of their genre such as Nofx, Mad Caddies and Lagwagon, nothing much has really changed. They may be somewhat more professional, a bit more well known and sound a lot tighter but it’s sometimes still a struggle to keep singer, George Bacon’s clothes on.

The Rudimentals are an eight-piece ska/reggae band from Cape Town, South Africa. The band’s releases include two CDs, More Fire and Set It Proper, and a live DVD/CD combo of the 2007 Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens Concert. The band is signed to the United Kingdom based Moon Ska World distribution label. The group is one of a handful of Cape Town reggae-influenced bands, and has been described as a South African institution in tourist guides and on websites.

The Blues Broers pride themselves on producing an exceptionally fine,
versatile and diverse live show.
New drummer Tim Rankin brings his considerable experience to the rhythm section.
Rob Nagel (fondly known as Big Bob or Harpdog Bob) deftly juggles bass,
harmonica and tea chest. The impeccable Albert Frost performs on a classic
selection of electric and acoustic guitars
whilst in a corner of the stage, keyboard player Simon Orange hammers a boogie-woogie
for the crowd.Known in the 90s as South Africa's hardest working blues band,
the Blues Broers played hundreds of gigs at festivals,in bars and in nightclubs.
However, the death of drummer Frank Frost in 1999 was a blow from which the
band struggled to recover and in 2003 they put on a farewell gig in
Stellenbosch. Now, snappily attired in their trademark black suits and dark glasses,
the Blues Broers are back in circulation with performances at old haunts and new,
as well as being a welcome featureof the festival circuit again too.
The band has just finished recording its sixth album,
Out of the Blue which is due for release in November.
