This is an example of a wedding menu:

Canapes

To be handed around on arrival please choose three:
Snoek samoosas with a fruit chutney dip
Rare roast beef wrapped fine beans in sesame vinaigrette
Grilled vegetables and camembert bruchette
Assorted spring rolls with our own katwaba grape dip

Starters

Please choose two of following starters, served tapas-style
Crudités served with assorted dips (snoek pate, chicken liver pate, hummus and pepperdew )
Mussels in a spicy harrissa white wine and cream sauce
Spinach and feta phyllo pastry
Fresh breads on the table

Main course

Please choose from two of the following mains, buffet-style
Spit-roast karoo lamb with rosemary garlic and lemon
Mozambique-style linefish with red peppers, tomato and olives or with lemon/garlic butter
Vegetarian lasagna with field mushrooms, spinach and red lentils

All main meals are served with the following:
Oven roast seasonal vegetables with North African tamarind relish
Sweet potato, ginger and masala bake
Steamed greens ( broccoli, spinach & courgettes) with a tahini lemon sauce
Organic farm salad

Desserts

Buffet style please choose one
Duo of lemon and chocolate tarts, summer berry coulis and whipped cream
Chocolate mousse cake served with whipped cream
Farmhouse tiramisu

Coffee and tea available at the bar.
