THE VENUES: 

Venue available for day or evening events. After 24h00 there is an after hour fee of R500 until 02h00

UPSTAIRS- THE LOFT Beautiful, A- Frame Attic with windows over-looking the fields of the farm creates a warm cosy feel for the smaller wedding reception. 

With dance floor it can accommodate 50 people.  Venue Hire: R3000 . Includes: Rectangular tables, chairs. white table cloths and napkins, bar, cutlery crockery and glassware. The downstairs restaurant will remain open during the day until 17h00. 

THE AWNING- BACK AREA Rustic venue surrounded by oak trees this side of the venue is 90 with dancefloor -100 no dancefloor space R5800 Includes: Rectangular tables, chairs, white table cloths and napkins,  cutlery, crockery and glassware. This area can accommodate larger groups up to 150 but please note you will have to bring an additional awning, we can recommend some tent suppliers as well as dance floor suppliers.

CEREMONY /WELCOME AREA: THE FRONT: Between 9-5 for groups over 60 there is no additional charge for use of our front area. Should you require the ceremony there during working hours with a group under 60 there is an additional charge of R2000.We supply the chairs and tables for welcome drinks or seats during the ceremony. Should you wish to be married on the farm under the oaks, near the dam there is no additional charge. 

CATERING

Catered by the Cape Farmhouse Restaurant

 Menus  from R170 (starter/main/desserts) Options for menus can be buffet or plated. This can be discussed in person with our chef. Some examples will be provided but we prefer to tailor the menu to fit your taste.We offer anything from spit roast lamb to a full vegetarian catered affair. 

BAR FACILITIES:

A full satellite bar is set up for all functions. The limit and requirements determined by the client. Cash bar also available. We are a fully licensed resort, but should you bring your own wines, a corkage fee of R25 is charged.

SERVICE CHARGE:

A 10% service charge is levied on all food and beverages, except in the case of a cash bar.

MUSIC AND ENTERTAINMENT DJ’s and live entertainment are welcomed. Due to residential and environmental laws, music must be lowered to a background level at 24h00 and cease at 02h00.

TO SECURE:

A non¬refundable deposit for the venue hire is required to secure the venue and date.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

In the event that you have to cancel your wedding, your deposit is refundable 6 months prior to the event.

PROVISIONAL BOOKINGS:

Provisional bookings will be held for 30 days, thereafter it will be assumed that we can release the date.
